My path into consciousness began decades before founding the world's first breathwork studio. Born and raised in Alaska, the raw, majestic wilderness shaped my worldview from the start—a natural intelligence that later contrasted and blended with the high towers of elite minds I'd learn from.

This perspective, balancing primal nature with refined thought, led me to develop what I call Evolution By Intelligent Design (EBID)—a framework for conscious evolution that integrates the wildness of nature with the intentionality of design.
