Eventually, those raw truths met language through time spent with a few rare minds—giants whose ideas reshaped how we understand consciousness itself. I had the quiet honor of being with them in close quarters, where insight passed not through teaching, but transmission. It was there I began to give shape to what had always lived in me—where instinct and intellect, body and mind, wildness and wisdom began to align.

I started building businesses young, driven by an entrepreneurial instinct that led me to drop out of high school, fund multiple startups, and open an award-winning restaurant and nightclub by the age of 25. But despite the outward success, something felt hollow. At 27, during an ordinary morning shower, reality split at the seams—my sense of self dissolved in a spontaneous experience that rerouted my life.

That moment cracked the illusion—revealing an innate neurobiological code for transformation. With nothing but thought and breath, I discovered we can shift chemistry, perception, even identity—unlocking wave after wave of ecstatic, embodied knowing. I went on to found America’s first breathwork studio, where I curated a team of pioneering facilitators and held space for thousands to access non-ordinary states of consciousness—processing trauma, reclaiming agency, and touching deep inner clarity.

I’ve ridden enough waves of creation and collapse to make a cat nervous. These cycles have become my curriculum—and what I bring now is a clarity that only comes from surviving your own myths. A rare fusion of street-tested wisdom, somatic intelligence, and irreverent spiritual insight—offering real tools and perspective-expanding stories that resonate with seekers, creators, and leaders alike.
